Since Gta V Rockstar made it clear that it doesn’t prioritise PC over consoles, and with the coming of GTA VI, there are a large portion of PC fans who will be left out in the cold and the warm streets of Vice City.
But WHY ?
Well, Consoles have always been at the forefront of the company since the early days of PlayStation, while PCs are more difficult to develop due to the sheer variety of hardware.
So GTA VI will not be released for PC on the same day as it is released for consoles, and this could happen after years making a large part of its fans base very sad about this.
So Basiclaly it is like rockstars is saying if you are desperate enough to play, buy a console, or use your current console to play the game, then buy a second copy when it realased on PC.
People on reddit are frustraetd and many of them says that rockstars delaying the game is pure marekting reason
To some extent, both sides are right. Rockstar Games is a revenue-generating company, However, PC Players have multiple components from different manufacturers, and this can be difficult to develop and optimise the game for vast sets of hardware.
